• Cognitive Facilitator
  Pathfinders of Oregon has openings for cognitive facilitators. Position will include contact with inmates and facilitating cognitive classes in a classroom environment with a standard curriculum. Must have good communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently. This position will be located at SRCI in Ontario, OR. Must be able to pass a background check. • Correctional Treatment Program Addictions Case Manager/Counselor Pathfinders of Oregon is seeking to fill a case manager/counselor position for an alcohol and drug day treatment program in a correctional setting. Services are located within a minimum security correctional facility. Coffee Creek Correctional facility is located in Wilsonville and Living in Freedom Today (LIFT) is a comprehensive day treatment program provided in the minimum facility. This position requires a minimum of CADC 1 (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor certification) applicant status.
