Pathfinders continues the support that was offered to inmates who attended training programs via support groups in several communities, and Centers for Family Success located in St. Johns (North Portland) and Rockwood (East Portland/Gresham). Similar programming, as well as resource and referral services, is provided in conjunction with the Children’s Justice Alliance and numerous other organizations. The Centers also host Pathfinders Academy, alternative education for pregnant and parenting teens that focuses on earning a GED or recovering credits for high school graduation.
