Transitional & Community Support: Center for Family Success - East Portland/Gresham

The Center for Family Success is a community project of Pathfinders of Oregon. The Center is a model developed by Pathfinders and the Children's Justice Alliance (now a program of Pathfinders of Oregon). The Center’s mission is to improve outcomes for children of criminal-justice involved parents by supporting the parents with valuable programs and services that foster their successful returns to community and family. With a focus on self-sufficiency and family reunification, the Center works to break the intergenerational cycle of criminality, serving the needs of parents, children and the community.
